Travelogue Communications Nigeria Unveils African Youth Tourism Festival, Holds April 2024

Travelogue Communications, one of the top-notch tourism media companies in Nigeria has unveiled African Youth Tourism Festival which aims at showcasing the potential embedded within African Youths through tourism.

The unveiling took place at the 5th edition of Destination Tourism Show held at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos, recently where dignitaries and stakeholders within the tourism sector were in attendance on the theme “Celebrating Diversity in Tourism, Culture and Hospitality”.

Leading the unveiling was the General Manager of the Nigeria’s National Theatre, Prof. Sunday Ododo who expressed his delight at the initiative, commended Ayo Omotosho, the initiator and CEO of Travelogue Communications for such a stellar that aims at recognition the role and important position of our youths in the tourism sector, saying the festival would play an important role at sucuring the African identity and the future of African youths.

On this note, on behalf of the good people of Nigeria and Africa, join me to unveil the African Youth Tourism Festival.

Nigeria is blessed, in every corner you see different cultural elements. Our culture is our identity, a conglomeration of identity is the strength that we parade as a diverse continent of Africa.

“Indeed the future belongs to our youths, with the African Youth Tourism Festival, it is a good anchor to secure our future as a people”, he said.

According to him Omotosho, he told the gathering that the festival would be held every year from different African countries in order to make it an inclusive one and help our to understand the potential in tourism, also to learn the values in financial independence amongst other things.

Nollywood veterans Laide Bakare and Ayo Badmus were also unveiled as the faces of the festival who are also meant to help in promoting the festival within and globally.

Other personalities at the unveiling were Otunba Ayo Olumoko, Vice President, ITPN South West Nigeria; Mr. Kazeem Balogun, CEO, Kalo Africa Media and Director of Media and Communications, African Tourism Board; Mr. Olumuyiwa John, Managing Editor, Travescope Magazine and Vice President ATTWON among others.

  1. All these steps being taken Africans for Africa, will blossom one day, I hope and pray that it happens in my life time. Remember China that was written off by all and sundry as a crooked communist state has now become the no one economic State in the world
